-CMO services are billed on a monthly or weekly basis, and provide white glove access to our team of experts.

-Media Management services are billed on a percentage ratable based on spend and scope

- Users will be billed according to the subscription plan or service package selected during registration and / or contract agreement.

- Payment for services will be processed securely through our payment processor.

- Clients are responsible for keeping their payment information up to date to avoid any disruptions in service.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

- Refunds: We offer a 30-day cancellation notice period. If you wish to cancel your CMO, Media, Social Media Management, or other BPM service: you must provide us with a minimum of 30 days' notice ahead of the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. This is designed to create runway for a smooth transition to new providers or to your internal team.

- Cancellations: Users may cancel their subscription at any time by providing us with a minimum of 30 days' notice ahead of the next billing cycle. Access to our services will be terminated at the end of the billing cycle following the cancellation notice period.

- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback initiated by the user, BPM Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, content, creative until the chargeback issue is resolved. Users are responsible for any fees or penalties associated with chargebacks.

6. Compliance

- BPM Media complies with all relevant laws and regulations governing payment processing and service fulfillment.
